Massif Bermuda

The island is a pastel-coloured dreamscape, with iconic white roofs that make the buildings look like they're straight out of a Wes Anderson film.

Bermuda, an enchanting jewel adrift in the expansive Atlantic, entices with its captivating contrasts. This is no ordinary tropical paradise. Instead, the island is a pastel-coloured dreamscape, with iconic white roofs that make the buildings look like they're straight out of a Wes Anderson film. And let's not forget about the beaches—they're pink, people! Pink! It's like nature decided to sprinkle some unicorn dust over this already magical place.

However, don't be beguiled solely by Bermuda's sunny disposition and breathtaking beauty. This island has a notorious penchant for transforming into a dark and stormy realm, transitioning from bright, sun-drenched days to sudden and torrential thunderstorms at the drop of a hat. Curiously, this meteorological unpredictability seems to be an intrinsic part of Bermuda's allure. Even on the greyest and most sombre of days, the turquoise sea retains its ability to shimmer like a vast expanse filled with glistening diamonds.

Through my painting, I sought to capture Bermuda's paradoxical charm, blending its vibrant colours, idyllic beauty, and unpredictable weather to convey the essence of this captivating island paradise.
